Deconfederectshipment: The Pros, the Cons
First of all, Deconfederectshipment is composed of pieces of the following words.
- Denomination
- Conference
- Confederacy
- Connection
- Fellowship, and
- Movement
None of these words in themselves seem suitable, yet each of them has its own merits. So, I propose that the thing to do is put all the words together, so as to get the optimal meaning from all of them.
The main con of using this word is simply that it might cause people to whom a Beachy is witnessing to think they have been cursed. This could be remedied simply by having the five Beachy’s who do witness to sinners to stop.
As for an official definition; Deconfederectshipment: A body of churches which goes by an established name, and adheres to an unwritten code of faith and practice, but which has no central form of government. It sets itself apart from other similar churches, but requires its members to adhere to its special codes, hence it is not a confederacy. Also, while there are new churches being started in the body of churches, it cannot be properly defined as a movement, because it is not going anywhere. A prime example of this phenomenon is the Beachy Deconfederectshipment.

The word used in this post Deconfederectshipment, is more proper than the word in my previous post, Deconferectshipment, which omits the confederacy part.

The problem here is that we arent scholarly…on the other hand we like anything that makes us sound good…i suppose we can learn to say that word…bout as well most of us can say consitutency anyhow.
Surely someone can come up with other cool new words…with a twinge of the old of course…since we dont want anything completely new.
